At COMO Alpina Dolomites, alpine essentiality meets an international, refined sensibility. Warm light spreads across natural wood surfaces, soft textiles introduce depth, and the palette stays close to stone, sky and snow.
The atmosphere feels composed and welcoming. Spaces open naturally, materials age well, and every element contributes to a sense of ease that accompanies the guest from morning to evening.
In collaboration with Otto Studio and Paola Navone, the project takes shape through a wide range of objects designed for everyday use.
A notebook with a fine, powdery texture that invites writing. A pen with a balanced weight that feels steady in the hand. Thick, absorbent towels with a dense, reassuring touch. Slippers that gently adapt to the step. A robe that wraps comfortably and holds warmth. The menu cards introduce a distinctive pattern, immediately recognizable and repeating across formats and moments, giving the hotel a clear visual signature.
Each object is meant to be handled, used, and returned to. Materials, proportions and finishes create a continuous dialogue between body and space.
The experience builds through touch and repetition. The grain of paper under the fingers, the softness of fabric on the skin, the smooth surface of a handle, the way light moves across textures during the day. Small interactions that happen naturally, again and again. Over time, these sensations settle into a clear memory, a physical impression of the place that stays beyond the stay.
